• Handling incoming poster media orders from specialized agencies, including consulting and supporting agencies in daily operations.
• Systematic planning of incoming orders and processing of rebookings and cancellations.
• Supporting national sales by preparing all relevant information for order processing, offer creation, and pricing.
• Processing of dismantling and construction notifications as well as handling proof photo requests.
• Condition controlling – creating revenue overviews and target/actual comparisons.
• Maintaining the CRM system.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, already have professional experience in logistics or the media industry.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience with a CRM system is desirable.
