Payments Migration Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Payments Migration Specialist to lead our customers' transition from legacy independent sales organizations (ISOs) and third-party gateways to our integrated payments solution. This is a critical role within our vertical SaaS platform, requiring a blend of deep technical payment expertise, commercial acumen, and high-touch customer consultation.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end migration of customers from legacy ISOs and third-party gateways.
• Partner with clients to design tailored migration plans.
• Review existing merchant statements for effective cost proposals.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during the migration process.
• Identify future sales opportunities.
• Manage multiple project timelines independently.
• Work in a remote environment.
• Possess strong knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance.
• Translate technical concepts into clear language for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a payments-focused role.
• In-depth understanding of ISOs and payment gateways.
• Familiarity with API-based payment integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Experience with vertical SaaS solutions preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payments.
