Overview

The Product Sourcing Specialist will identify and procure winning products for clients and in-house ventures, focusing on high-potential opportunities in the DTC market.

In Short

• Research and identify high-potential product opportunities across multiple categories.
• Source manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors, especially in China and Southeast Asia.
• Communicate with factories to obtain quotes, samples, and negotiate terms.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, terms, and logistics.
• Collaborate with creative, ops, and performance teams on product decisions.
• Track and manage timelines from product ideation to delivery.
• Stay updated on sourcing trends, tools, and supplier networks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin; experience with Chinese suppliers is a bonus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and highly organized.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
• A proactive problem solver with a bias toward action.
