Overview

As a rayonmanager, you will be the point of contact for customers in the Zeeland, North Brabant, and Limburg regions, combining technical knowledge with commercial flair to increase sales, strengthen customer relationships, and create new opportunities.

In Short

  • Actively seek new projects and market opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Collaborate with customers from the design phase and propose creative formwork solutions;
  • Manage and follow up on the order and quote portfolio and generate new leads;
  • Guide ongoing projects, both technically and commercially;
  • Promote products and services through trade shows, presentations, and articles;
  • Discuss and implement new assignments within the organization;
  • Professionally advise customers and ensure lasting customer satisfaction and trust;
  • Proactively seize opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong technical and commercial skills;
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset;
  • Willingness to travel within the designated regions.
