Business Operations Executive - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Operations professional to support our business across Finance Operations, People Operations, Recruitment, and general Business Operations. This role requires experience across business operations and confidence in owning processes end-to-end.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in South Africa.
• Support across Finance Operations, People Operations, and Recruitment.
• Manage finance workflows including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Assist in the recruitment lifecycle from job description drafts to candidate communication.
• Support internal surveys and professional development processes.
• Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation.
• Provide direct support to the COO.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Experience with tools like Excel and project management software is a plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Operations, Business Support, or similar roles.
• Experience in Finance and People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and resourceful with a hands-on approach.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Excel, ATS systems, and project management tools.
