Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote

Overview

This individual will proactively manage the overall workflow and lifecycle for an assigned book of business. This person will act as the client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance to new and existing Commercial Lines clients.

In Short

• Main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and providing guidance on coverage.
• Process client transactions including applications, renewals, and invoicing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for clients.
• Manage renewal timelines and quotations.
• Maintain client files and document communications.
• Utilize online company rating and manage tasks in ImageRight.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with accounting notifications.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Serve as backup to other Account Managers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in MS Office products.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork and effective time management skills.
• Producer license is mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance, preferably at an agency.
• AAI, AIS designations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
