IT Specialist: Customer Identity & Access Management - Remote

Overview

A well-established IT consulting company with over 25 years of expertise in Identity & Access Management is seeking reinforcement. As part of a leading food group, we combine specialized IAM services with comprehensive IT expertise for key industries in KritisV 1.5 and NIS2. Through our Managed Services, we take over almost entirely the system operation of our clients.

In Short

• Creation of documentation and guidelines for complex IAM processes
• Active involvement in the expansion and improvement of service management processes
• Support in automating access management tasks and integrating them into existing system landscapes
• Responsibility for the use of leading CIAM tools and technologies
• Development and review of strategies in access management
• Formulation and management of access policies and rules

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science or comparable vocational training
• Ideally, solid knowledge of IAM solutions, Active Directory, SAML, and OAuth
• Practical experience in integrating CIAM solutions into various IT landscapes
• Responsible handling of sensitive and confidential data
• Willingness for continuous education and interest in current trends in Access Management, Customer Identity Management, and IT Security
• Fluent in German and good English skills
