Overview

The Manager, Franchising Acquisition is responsible for acquiring new franchisee businesses and promoting the franchise offering to drive growth for the bank in the allocated province.

Requirements

• Business Commerce Degree.
• 5-7 years of deal making or sales experience.
• Experience in business or commercial banking.
• Understanding of credit fundamentals.
• Knowledge of the bank’s products and systems.
• Experience in franchising financing and advisory.
• Strong customer understanding and review skills.
• Ability to challenge ideas and convince people.
• Directing people and managing relationships effectively.
• Financial acumen and business administration skills.
