Overview

The Content Coordinator supports the clients content and storytelling initiatives by ensuring all published materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.

In Short

  • QA digital content for accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with Creative on new image and asset requests.
  • Support Marketing in uploading and scheduling blog content.
  • Review existing blog content for broken links and errors.
  • Use AI tools to generate and draft new blog posts.
  • Audit published content for SEO alignment.
  • Conduct deeper content audits monthly.
  • Support special content projects as needed.
  • Document and update SOPs for publishing workflows.
  • Assist the Sr. Copywriter with copy edits and CMS uploads.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of ecommerce content workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, UX, and digital analytics.
  • Collaborative communicator comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce or content coordination.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Experience with content management tools and project management software.
  • Ability to use or learn AI content tools responsibly.
