Overview

The Patient Assistance Service Manager oversees and leads a group of Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Representatives, responsible for planning and directing the operations of the PAP program across multiple health systems.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PAP reimbursement and payer structures.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
