Overview

sproutling is the children's mattress start-up known from "Die Höhle der Löwen" and aims to make baby sleep safer and more enjoyable for the whole family. We support parents during the journey of becoming parents by providing them with intelligent and functional (sleep) products. Our products include our unique breathable baby mattress and other sleep-related textiles.

In Short

• You will be responsible for creating content for our social media channels.
• You will plan posts and reels by incorporating the latest trends and organizing content in the editorial plan.
• You will manage and optimize our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), including community management.
• You will create performance analyses for the social media channels.
• You will manage our influencers and acquire new ones for potential collaborations.

Requirements

• You are passionate about the startup scene and eager to surround yourself with inspiring people.
• You are currently studying with a focus on Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or similar, ideally with some practical experience.
• You are familiar with Facebook, Instagram, etc., and ideally have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, photography/video (not a must!).
