Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Must reside in Pacific Standard Time zone.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience with outbound calls.
• Preferred experience with Zendesk.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and healthcare software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
