Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License.
• 5-7 years of clinical NP experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HCC coding and risk adjustment.
• Experience with documentation audits and quality oversight.
• Proficient in EMRs and communication tools.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in value-based or home-based care preferred.
• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) is a plus.
