Overview

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position at Spring Financial, where you will simplify the lending process for Canadians by conducting outbound sales calls and providing tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an asset.
• Prior call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• Results-oriented, creative, and charismatic.
• A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.

Benefits

• Base Pay: 30,000-35,000 PHP/monthly.
