The Electrical Installation Supervisor at Spring Automation is responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of projects, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations while managing contractors and field personnel.

• Supervise electrical contractors and field personnel on construction projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of related experience in electrical work and supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical practices and tools.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to supervise skilled workers.
• Familiarity with NEC for electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret plans and blueprints.
• Skills in estimating materials and labor costs.
• Proficient in using hand and shop tools of the electrician’s trade.
