Overview

Spreetail is looking for a Manager of Merchandising Managers to build lasting and strategic relationships with the brands we partner with in order to help them grow their business, while also helping to grow Spreetail.

In Short

• Coach and lead a team of 4 to 6 Merchandising Managers and Associates.
• Develop the team and encourage career growth by mentoring through vendor relationships and brand management.
• Support your team in developing merchandising strategies inclusive of establishing budget and ROI expectations.
• Manage process and tracking against critical brand and part number audits.
• Proactively identify and lead opportunities for process and reporting efficiency.
• Influence decisions and strategies for merchandising opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendor managers to establish partnerships.
• Exhibit expertise on marketplace marketing and merchandising levers.
• Track, manage, and analyze team output and KPIs.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance team strategies.
