Requirements

• Proven experience designing functional, complex web-based digital products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered, iterative design thinking methodologies.
• Experience designing and shipping innovative products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Comfortable leading the discovery phase of projects.
• Enjoys collaborative work within multi-disciplinary product teams.
• Skilled in planning, conducting, and synthesising user research.
• Proficient in solving specific interaction design challenges.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
• Experience shaping, maintaining, and expanding design systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
