Security Engineering Manager II - Remote

Overview

The Security Studio is looking for a passionate Security Engineering Manager to help keep Spotify SAFE! In this role you will lead a team that ensures that teams at Spotify can easily understand the security posture of their products and how to improve it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the security domain
• 2+ years as an engineering manager leading a software or security engineering team
• Experience in cultivating and supporting others’ growth
• Passionate about security engineering
• Experience leading delivery for complex technical initiatives
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
• Strategic problem solver comfortable making impactful decisions
