Overview

Spotify’s Global Communications team is seeking a Policy & Corporate Communications Manager, who will support the Global Corporate Communications team in issues management and safeguarding and enhancing Spotify’s brand trust across markets.

In Short

• Support planning and execution of fully-fledged 360° plans across media types and channels.
• Build strong relationships with key business, financial, policy, and technology press.
• Craft compelling narratives around Spotify’s business strategies.
• Monitor critical issues affecting Spotify’s operations and reputation.
• Prepare mitigation and response plans for time-sensitive situations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Analyze media coverage to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, product, or media industries.
• Strong understanding of the global media landscape.
• Proven track record of successful media relations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and independent working skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-layered corporate projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
