Project Manager - Healthcare IT (PMP Certified) - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager provides management, direction and coordination for various projects and activities associated with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Spok products to new and existing customers. This role acts as a customer-advocate and a trusted advisor for long term engagement and success for our customers in each project.

• Create and maintain process, standards, and upgrade documentation
• Evaluate and report project outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Present project statuses to key executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• 5+ years project management experience in delivery of enterprise solutions
• Active PMP Certification
• Experience working with Healthcare IT (enterprise solutions)
• Experience with clinical workflows
• Experience working with clinical users/stakeholders
• Customer advocate and trusted advisor mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Project
