Overview

As a Senior Product Data Analyst at Splitero, you will join our Product & Engineering team to deliver solutions to improve our homeowner and internal teams' experiences. This is an individual contributor role focused on building the foundation for data-informed decision-making across the company.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Support product and operations teams with data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data or product analytics.
• 3+ years in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to define KPIs and build dashboards.
• Experience communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for using data to improve user experience.
• Experience in finance, mortgage, or real estate is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or data modeling tools.
