Overview

As a Content Marketing and Program Manager at Splitero, you’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up online and connects with homeowners across the entire marketing lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a blog and social media content calendar, leading SEO strategy, sharing our incredible homeowner stories through TikToks, and scaling content across multiple channels to keep our website and marketing fresh.

Requirements

  • Expertise in SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • 3+ years in marketing or content marketing roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for various content types.
  • Understanding of AI-driven content trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with CMS best practices.
  • Knowledge of social media content trends.
  • Preferred experience in real estate, fintech, or home equity.
  • Preferred experience in affiliate marketing optimization.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
