• Establishing the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for your product areas.
• Defining and delivering compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities.
• Bringing the "Why" to the table and collaborating with Engineering and Design.
• Working with leadership to implement and foster strong product management practices.
• Fostering a culture of feedback, inclusion, and product excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or program management.
• Ability to build complex systems with simple, thoughtful experiences.
• Understanding of technical issues, especially around distributed systems.
• Empathetic decision-making and data-driven consensus building.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer-obsessed with a focus on building meaningful relationships.
• Experience in social media, ads, e-commerce, and trust and safety is ideal.
