Targeting Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Targeting Support Specialist will be responsible for generating targeting materials and providing expert support to NATO operations, ensuring effective training and exercise delivery.

In Short

• Generate injects to stimulate incidents in support of the EXCON Targeting Cell.
• Create targeting materials including Intel reports and imagery.
• Analyze targeting campaigns and training audience plans.
• Monitor training audience activity and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with JWC staff for exercise improvement.
• Must have NATO or national targeting training.
• Familiarity with NATO intel processes is essential.
• Good knowledge of operational staff processes required.
• Business English proficiency is necessary.
• Contract position with potential remote work.

Requirements

• 3 years of operational targeting experience.
• Intel and ISR background preferred.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence reporting.
• Knowledge of JTS, FAST, JCHAT, and NATO CDE methodology.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
