Overview

The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is looking for a contractor to support the development of the Ballistic Missile Defence (BMD) curriculum, ensuring effective training and operational readiness for NATO forces.

In Short

• Support the development of BMD curriculum for NATO.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop course materials.
• Collaborate with BMD operational users for curriculum content.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and service in NATO BMD mission.
• Experience developing BMD curriculum and training materials.
• Familiarity with NATO BMC3I systems and air defence weapon systems.
• Experience with capturing BMD system requirements.
• Business English proficiency.
