In Short

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Migaku’s Kotlin Multi-platform API.
• Be deeply involved in coding, troubleshooting, and feature implementation.
• Mentor, manage, and scale a distributed engineering team.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap in alignment with the company’s mission.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch features.
• Interact with users to understand pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
• Maintain and optimize backend systems on Google Cloud and Cloudflare.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Kotlin developer.
• 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure on PaaS platforms.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Proficient in Linux and web technologies.
• Experience with backend architectures and infrastructure design.
• Passionate about language learning.
