Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DBT Data Engineer with Hightouch expertise to join our data engineering team and help design and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines.

In Short

Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using DBT.
Implement and manage Hightouch syncs for data delivery.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
Configure monitoring systems and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data solutions.
Understand accounting principles for data handling.
Maintain technical documentation for transparency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
Strong SQL expertise for complex transformations.
Hands-on experience with DBT (Cloud or Core).
Mandatory experience with Hightouch for reverse ETL.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
Working knowledge of Python.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
