South College is seeking a passionate Methodologist DBA Adjunct/Full Time Faculty member to support its Competency Based Education program, focusing on transforming student lives through innovative educational approaches.

In Short

  • Teach doctoral courses and serve as research methodologist.
  • Monitor curricula for compliance with standards.
  • Participate in course evaluations and audits.
  • Mentor doctoral students in a one-on-one setting.
  • Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Evaluate student assessments in a timely manner.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on submissions.
  • Engage in proactive outreach with students through various communication modes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Business Degree.
  • 5+ years of teaching and evaluation experience in online doctoral programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience developing courses in competency-based education.
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Experience as a research methodologist for dissertation students.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems, preferably Canvas.
  • Prior experience in competency-based education at the doctoral level.
  • Professional leadership experience.
  • Experience working with dissertation students and serving on committees.
