Remote Full-Time Faculty - Methodologist for EdD Program

In Short

• Teach doctoral courses and serve as research methodologist for the program.
• Monitor curricula for compliance with standards and accrediting bodies.
• Participate in course and curriculum evaluations and audits.
• Mentor doctoral students in a one-on-one setting.
• Respond to all student emails and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Evaluate and grade all assessments within the allotted timeframe.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on student submissions.
• Engage in proactive and reactive outreach to students.
• Experience with competency-based education required.
• Remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of college teaching experience in online modalities.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience as research methodologist for dissertation students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (Canvas preferred).
• Experience in competency-based education at the doctoral level.
• Doctor of Education in a research-related area.
• Experience working with dissertation students.
