We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Marketing Intern to help expand our online presence, engage with niche communities, and develop strategies for organic growth across platforms like Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow SourceReady’s presence on various platforms.
• Research and participate in relevant online communities to establish SourceReady as a thought leader.
• Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple platforms.
• Design visually engaging content to increase brand awareness.
• Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms.
• Work with the marketing team on viral growth strategies and influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with social media growth strategies, especially on various platforms.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
• Strong ability to create engaging video content optimized for different platforms.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for social media graphics.
• Interest in AI and technology related fields.
