The Medical Billing Specialist - Accounts Receivable (AR) will play a crucial role in our financial team, primarily focused on managing all aspects of claims management from investigation to resolution.

• Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM
• Following Philippine Holidays
• Navigate different online portals to check claims status
• Communicate with payers for inquiries and claim status
• Investigate claim denials and develop solutions
• Manage claim adjustments and resubmissions
• Follow up on outstanding claims
• Report regularly to Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager
• Verify patient insurance benefits for accurate claims processing

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable with a focus on healthcare claims management
• Excellent ability to navigate online systems and portals
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with payers
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in accounts receivable software and Microsoft Office
