Auto-Financing Risk Assessment Credit Officer Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a consultant to advise on the development of our auto-financing risk assessment logic, with a focus on affordability, creditworthiness, and data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in consumer lending or auto-financing.
• Advise on DBR calculation and risk tiers.
• Review and refine credit approval frameworks.
• Provide market and regulatory insights.
• Validate policies against market data and SAMA expectations.
• Design customer segmentation logic for eligibility criteria.
• Collaborate with data teams to implement risk logic.
• Define and monitor key credit KPIs.
• Support stress testing scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer credit evaluation.
• Understanding of DSR, loan-to-value, and credit scoring models.
• Familiarity with SAMA’s financing regulations.
• Comfort with credit data from SIMAH and Open Banking APIs.
• Experience with credit approval workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with tech and compliance teams.
