Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer with proven experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the skincare sector. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across digital marketing channels.

• Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta paid media channels.
• Manage aspects of the sales funnel, including building offers and optimizing landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Design and implement A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Direct experience as a media buyer for an e-commerce brand.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of best practices.
• Proven success in campaigns targeted at Western markets.
• Experience in the skincare industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of performance tracking and analytics.
• Ability to optimize sales funnels through design and CRO.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
