Join Sopra Steria's Aeroline team, working on key applications for major clients in the aerospace and defense sectors.

In Short

• Manage and lead strategic and innovative projects autonomously.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets client satisfaction, budget, and deadlines.
• Analyze client needs and provide technical solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve project success.
• Monitor risks and implement associated action plans.
• Organize project planning from specifications to development phases.
• Ensure coherence in technical and functional choices.
• Manage project profitability and billing in line with agency commitments.
• Conduct internal reporting to market/agency management.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for team management.
• Strong human engagement and commitment.
• Rigorous and team-oriented work ethic.
• Experience in agile contexts is highly desirable.
• Good level of English is essential.
• Significant experience (at least 5 years) in project management around information systems.
• Experience in fixed-price projects, ideally in an ESN or software publisher.
