Network Security Engineer - Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

The position involves being part of a dynamic team at a major client site, focusing on maintaining operational security and network components, and contributing to infrastructure projects.

In Short

• Maintain operational security and network components.
• Handle supervision alerts and monitor capacity and bandwidth.
• Manage patching and vulnerability treatment.
• Process JIRA requests related to network and security tasks.
• Manage operational incidents related to network technologies.
• Provide N2 and N3 technical support for network and security technologies.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects.
• Manage architectural documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in network security engineering.
• Strong analytical and innovative capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools.
• Experience with F5 appliances and Checkpoint firewalls.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls and VPNs.
• Familiarity with proxy technologies.
