Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Java and testing techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and software craftsmanship standards is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong communication skills.
