Functional Quality Engineer – Payments - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Functional Quality Engineer to join our Operations (SaaS Ops) team, focusing on the Payments domain. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful maintenance and continuous improvement of our SaaS payment products, working closely with internal stakeholders to assess and implement product updates while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

In Short

• Analyse product releases to assess their impact on client solutions.
• Configure new product versions and execute functional and non-regression tests.
• Participate in test automation and improve testing frameworks.
• Collaborate on non-functional testing for system reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth implementation of features.
• Coordinate with Application Management Site Reliability Engineers.
• Maintain documentation on configurations and testing.
• Support resolution of functional issues reported by clients.

Requirements

• Experience in the Payments domain, particularly in SEPA and Instant Payments.
• Experience in functional analysis and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience in testing methodologies and quality assurance.
• Experience in test automation is a plus.
• Experience with performance and resilience testing is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration skills to work efficiently with internal teams.
• Experience working in a SaaS/DevOps environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
