Expert DevOps - Software Edition - Remote

Overview

As part of the transformation program at Sopra Real Estate Software, you will integrate into the new 'Platform' team, focusing on the implementation of new solutions and automation for our new SaaS platform.

In Short

• Take charge of automating the continuous deployment pipeline (CI/CD).
• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the CI/CD chain.
• Propose and implement improvements related to development practices, quality, security, and performance.
• Act as a facilitator between Product and Ops teams, contributing to all DevOps activities.
• Promote DevOps culture among product and development teams.
• Implement state-of-the-art solutions for clients transitioning to the Cloud.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including Product Managers, UX/UI designers, front-end and back-end developers, AI teams, and QA.
• Utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, Git, GitLab, IaC (Terraform), AWS, and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate effectively with Product teams to assist in Cloud solution implementation.
• Maintain a curious technical mindset and a problem-solving approach.

Requirements

• Experience in a Cloud operations team as a DevOps specialist.
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Degree from an engineering school, master's degree, or equivalent training.
• Operational English proficiency is a plus.
