Expert Developer – Java Fullstack - Energy & Utilities - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Expert Developer in Java Fullstack to join our Energy division at Sopra Steria, where you will play a key role in digital transformation projects for major players in the energy sector.

In Short

• Join a project team of 5 to 15 people.
• Initialize code bases and project structures with best development practices.
• Take charge of complex design and development tasks.
• Support team developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure continuous integration within your stack.
• Contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in pre-sales activities related to your expertise.
• Work in an agile environment using technologies like Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer.
• Strong technical skills in back and front-end stacks like Spring Boot, Java, and Angular.
• Experience in application design and implementation.
• Ability to provide training and presentations on Java stack implementation.
• Experience in CI/CD implementation, including quality and security aspects.
• Knowledge of software craftsmanship and best development practices (SOLID, Clean Code).
• Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
