The HR Reporting and Automation Specialist will join the growing HR Team at Sophos, focusing on reporting and process automation within the HR department.

In Short

• On-time delivery of existing reports and new report requests.
• Routine quality checks on reports and issue resolution.
• Partner with IT for HR reporting data warehouse maintenance.

Requirements

• Graduate in IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in automation using RPA tools.
• Experience in data warehousing with Snowflake or SQL.
• Reporting experience with HR systems or Power BI.
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to facilitate meetings with HR stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
