This role involves providing technical support across SonicWall product lines and assisting customers with deployment of network security products.

In Short

  • Provide technical support via Phone, Web, and Email.
  • Assist customers with deployment of SonicWall network security products.
  • Diagnose problems and provide resolutions for technical issues.
  • Own customer issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Use troubleshooting techniques to identify defective products.
  • Advise customers within procedural guidelines.
  • Monitor and track issues for accurate resolution.
  • Work closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Remain knowledgeable of SonicWall product line.
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Security, LAN/WAN topologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSI Model, TCP/IP, Network Security basics.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
  • Good understanding of L2-L7 networking protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to use troubleshooting tools.
  • Routing and Switching knowledge is a plus.
