Overview

The Solana Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to the adoption and security of the Solana network, seeking a Growth Associate to drive blockchain adoption in Southeast Asia.

In Short

• Define and execute Solana’s payments and adoption strategy for Southeast Asia.
• Build senior-level relationships with fintechs and regulators.
• Identify stablecoin issuance opportunities in local currencies.
• Partner with PSPs and banks for integration into payment networks.
• Drive adoption through strategic integrations with Web2 platforms.
• Represent Solana at industry events and regulatory forums.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in business development or strategy in payments or fintech.
• Strong network in Southeast Asia's fintech sector.
• Ability to engage with regulators in diverse environments.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
