The Geo Solutions business area within Sokigo specializes in operational IT solutions for municipalities, water organizations, and the Land Survey Authority based on GIS, geographic information systems. With parts of our product portfolio, we are present in 85% of the country's municipalities.

We are looking for a project coordinator for our delivery team at Sokigo. The role is a parental leave cover, with the possibility of extension.

The team you will be part of consists of three project managers and 30 business specialists who daily assist our customers with everything from training, consulting, installations, and delivery projects, etc. You will be one of a total of about 20 delivery project managers at Sokigo.

Project Coordinator for our delivery projects

In the role of project coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring that our delivery projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for project administration, resource planning, coordination, and customer communication, as well as assisting our project managers with necessary support in all parts of the project lifecycle. As the "spider in the web," you ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when several projects are ongoing simultaneously.

With us, a typical project lasts between 5 and 15 days, and we often run several projects in parallel. Annually, we manage an average of about 150 projects for our customers, who mainly consist of Sweden's municipalities and municipal companies.

The role of project coordinator involves:

• Project Administration: Responsible for keeping project templates, current project portfolio, and governing documents updated.

• Resource Planning: Support project managers with scheduling, meeting bookings, staffing, and other project-related activities for ongoing and planned projects.

• Customer Communication: Be a point of contact for customers regarding administrative questions and ensure they are kept updated during the projects.

• Reporting: Compile status reports and other follow-ups regarding ordered, ongoing, and completed projects.

The position is full-time with placement in Karlskrona, Stockholm, or Malmö. Start date according to agreement.
