Requirements

• 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level).
• Product Designer experience with a product/UX first mindset.
• Strong UI/visual design skills.
• Experience with email design to drive customer behaviors.
• Knowledge of structuring email designs for personalization.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience with Figma.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Adventurous and outside-the-box thinker.
• Ability to thrive independently with minimal guidance.
