The PMO Specialist will provide administrative support for project managers and directors at Software Mind, contributing to the success of various projects.

In Short

• Support for managers and directors in daily team activities.

Requirements

• Conscientiousness and responsibility.
• Good work organization skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate in English at B2 level.
• Communicativeness, independence, and proactive attitude.
• Based in Krakow and ready to join the team in person once a month.
