Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of primary project management methodologies.
• Proactive mindset and passion for change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Russian at an upper-intermediate level.
