Overview

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for onboarding, searching and recruiting candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building the employer brand.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility and proactive mindset.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity and desire for self-development.
• Higher education in Programming or Human Resources is a plus.
