Overview

Social Factor is looking for a remote, US-based or UK-based, temporary/part-time Social Media Community Moderator with experience in social media moderation. This role will work to develop strong, growing digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands.

Requirements

• Previous social media moderation experience is required.
• Sprinklr certification, Hootsuite, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically.
• High energy with the capability to multitask.
• Interact with users in real-time.
• Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X.
