Marketing Intern - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting Smile Train’s mission to raise awareness about cleft care across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

In Short

• Support partner hospitals in developing communication strategies.
• Coordinate meetings with partners to understand local needs.
• Assist in outreach initiatives for patient awareness.
• Contribute to brand guidelines for treatment centers.
• Organize focus groups for community feedback.
• Maintain a database of marketing materials.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on activities.
• Develop a detailed activity plan aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Interest in social impact and nonprofit communications.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Experience in brand management or media relations preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
