This role is focused on administering and maintaining Jira and GitLab tools, supporting onboarding processes, and improving tool configurations to enhance performance.

• Administer and maintain Jira and GitLab tools.
• Support onboarding by ensuring timely access to tools.
• Lead cleanup and consolidation of custom fields and workflows.

• Partner with the Data Team for Jira data integration.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Jira and GitLab.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering Jira.
• Familiarity with GitLab structures.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and automate tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Service-oriented mindset for handling requests.
• Two or more years of experience in a technical environment.
